Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Eligibility and Renewal
1.1 Membership is available exclusively to women aged (25) years and above. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
1.2 All memberships, whether billed monthly or annually, are subject to an annual review. Renewal is not automatic and remains at the sole discretion of TBWC.
1.3 TBWC reserves the right to refuse admission or renewal without providing reasons.
1.4 TBWC may vary, suspend, or withdraw any aspect of membership benefits or services at any time. Such variation shall not entitle members to any refund or compensation.
2. Code of Conduct, Termination, and Suspension
2.1 Members must comply with TBWC’s Code of Conduct at all times.
2.2 Any behaviour deemed harmful, abusive, dishonest, disruptive, or incompatible with the ethos and values of TBWC may result in immediate termination of membership.
2.3 TBWC may cancel or terminate a membership at any time, without refund, where necessary to protect the integrity, safety, or reputation of the community.
2.4 Termination shall take immediate effect upon notice.
2.5 Members are fully responsible for the conduct of any guests they introduce to TBWC events, services, or activities. Any breach by a guest shall be treated as a breach by the member.
2.6 TBWC may suspend access to services, events, or platforms without refund while investigating alleged breaches, payment issues, or appeals.
3. Payments
3.1 Membership fees are payable in advance and billed automatically in accordance with the selected plan (one month or 6 month plan).
3.2 Members are responsible for ensuring payment details remain valid and up to date.
3.3 Failed or declined payments must be resolved within fourteen (14) days. Failure to do so may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.
3.4 Membership cancellation is the sole responsibility of the member and must be completed via approved methods (email, written notice, or official account settings). TBWC accepts no liability for incomplete or unverified cancellation requests.
4. Cancellations by Members
4.1 Members may cancel their membership before renewal after the one month or 6 month plan within fourteen (14) days of initial purchase or renewal by providing written notice to the designated TBWC contact email or approved communication channel.
4.2 After the 14-day period, cancellation may be requested at any time; however, no refunds or pro-rata reimbursements shall be issued.
4.3 Once a member has attended any event, session, or experience during a paid subscription period, no refund shall be granted for that month, regardless of cancellation date.Members will be granted a one month hold to freeze account, notice must be given (7 days) before the new month via emailing TBWC directly. Failing to do this you will be charged for the month as normal
4.4 If one or more events have been attended within the month of payment, the member is deemed to have fully utilised the subscription for that period and is not entitled to any refund or credit.
4.5 Upon cancellation or termination:
a) All unused credits, benefits, or entitlements are forfeited
b) Member accounts and profiles are deleted
c) Community and platform access is revoked
d) Re-application is required for future membership and is subject to prevailing joining fees and approval
4.6 Memberships, tickets, credits, and benefits are strictly personal and non-transferable.
5. Events, Travel, and Third-Party Services
5.1 TBWC facilitates access to events and related services, many of which are delivered by third-party providers.
5.2 All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party provider.
5.3 Members must not pursue refunds, claims, or complaints directly with third-party providers. All queries must be directed to TBWC.
5.4 TBWC accepts no liability for the quality, performance, or delivery of third-party services.
5.5 Members are responsible for meeting all travel requirements, including visas, insurance, and health regulations.
5.6 Members must comply with all venue rules, instructions, and health and safety requirements at TBWC events.
5.7 TBWC may, at its discretion, attempt to reallocate event spaces where a member is unable to attend. No guarantee of resale, refund, or credit is provided. Members are strictly prohibited from reselling or transferring membership.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 All membership fees, joining fees, concierge charges, travel bookings, accommodation fees, and related services are strictly non-refundable.
6.2 Refund exceptions apply only where:
a) A specific written refund policy is provided at the point of purchase, which shall take precedence
b) Reserve account holders are governed by a separate Reserve credit agreement
6.3 Outside these exceptions, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.
6.4 Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or non-attendance.
6.5 Memberships and event access constitute leisure services and are exempt from statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
7. Photography and Media
7.1 By attending TBWC events, members consent to photography, video, and audio recording.
7.2 Such media may be used for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes.
7.3 Members wishing to limit media exposure must notify TBWC in advance; however, full avoidance cannot be guaranteed.
8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
8.1 Membership participation is undertaken at the member’s own risk.
8.2 TBWC accepts no liability for:
a) Personal injury, illness, or loss
b) Property damage or theft
c) Delays, cancellations, or disruptions beyond its control
8.3 TBWC’s total liability under any claim shall not exceed the membership fees paid in the preceding twelve (6) months.
8.4 Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless TBWC against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their actions or those of their guests.
9. Disputes and Governing Law
9.1 This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9.2 All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9.3 Disputes must first be submitted in writing to TBWC for internal resolution prior to arbitration or legal proceedings.
9.4 This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between TBWC and the member.
10. Data Protection
10.1 TBWC processes personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
10.2 By joining, members consent to the lawful processing, storage, and transfer of their data within the United Kingdom.
TBWC Member Code of Conduct
Respect, Inclusivity & Integrity
Treat all members, guests, partners, venue staff, and the TBWC team with kindness, respect, and professionalism at all times. TBWC celebrates diversity, and discriminatory, harassing, or exclusionary behaviour will not be tolerated.
Confidentiality & Trust
What is shared within TBWC stays within TBWC. Please respect the privacy of others and do not share conversations, images, or personal information without clear consent.
Professional Networking
Members are welcome to share their work and connect thoughtfully. Direct outreach should always be respectful and appropriate—unsolicited messaging or aggressive promotion is not permitted.
Events & Attendance
Members are expected to arrive on time, follow event guidelines, and behave considerately at all TBWC events. When attending events hosted at third-party venues, members must also comply fully with the venue’s rules, staff instructions, and health and safety requirements.
Community Culture
TBWC is a supportive, uplifting space, negativity or behaviour that undermines the community is not aligned with our values. Any concerns should be shared privately with the TBWC team.
Use of Membership & Representation
Membership benefits and access are personal and non-transferable. Members represent TBWC when attending events or engaging with partners and are expected to reflect our values both in person and online.
Our Commitment
Membership is a privilege, and TBWC reserves the right to review or end a membership if conduct falls outside these values. Our goal is always to protect the experience, safety, and integrity of the community.
