What is Mat Pilates?
Mat Pilates is a low intensity, low-impact form of exercise that focuses on improving strength, control, mobility, and postural awareness using your bodyweight and small equipment such as resistance bands, soft balls, or the magic circle. Each 50-minute class includes a structured warm-up, targeted main section, and a cool down.
Pilates will be lead by an experienced instructor, you can expect a class that prioritises proper technique, correct muscle activation, and purposeful movement. Sessions may be themed around specific areas such as glutes, core, or posture, or designed for particular groups like office workers.
